We undertake this work to respond to and acknowledge the growth of our diverse communities and the natural artistic and cultural expression of their unique values, beliefs and practices. We will plan our work to intentionally center the BIPOC voices, hearing lived experience and individual perspective for greater community access to nature, play, and creativity in all its forms.

  • Intentional Inclusiveness

To be intentionally inclusive is to serve every person. Asking us to first observe and listen, to actively open our efforts to all people and to every culture. To reach out with intention, in languages and modalities that are welcoming and helpful. We seek always to be better able to foster belonging, freedom and expression. People are magical and fun!

  • Community Projects

To collaborate and convene the community in powerful ways. Providing access and engagement in public spaces where the rich diversity of the arts can bring people together. When we experience and learn about one another through music and dance we become rooted in our shared humanity and joy in the arts!

  • Elevating Artisans

Elevating local artisans, the makers and builders, the painters and muralists by lifting up and supporting their art. Expressing their world, showing us their culture while coloring and shaping ours. We work to support the creative spirit that engages youth, families and children in all forms of creative expression.
